We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our international team of experts. Our main office and factory is in Lehmja village next to Tallinn. Our products are concrete structural fittings and related components.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>In this challenging but rewarding role you will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for existing EN 1090, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and continuously improve them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-developing of new ISO 45001 standard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In charge of quality control of incoming and outgoing goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining H&amp;S at workplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising necessary training to the staff and development of related documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doing daily spot checks of production area and staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring economical use of the resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in and developing of the company objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising and controlling internal audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We want an individual who wants to stay with us for a long time and develop and grow together with our company. Also:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of BSc degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in metal industry and welding technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of the above-mentioned standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Office language is English but successful candidate will also have Russian and Estonian skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good computer skills (MS Office minimum, all other skills e.g. CAD are beneficial)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and training skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Other information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remuneration is good &#8211; based on your expertise, education and language skills.
